IAF honors COPS dispatcher Dorjan Engram as Operator of the Year
WILLIAMSTOWN, NJ – FEBRUARY 07, 2024: COPS Monitoring, a leading provider of professional monitoring services, is proud to announce that one of their dispatch team members, Dorjan Engram, has been recognized as the Integration Association of Florida’s (IAF) Central Station Operator of the Year. This prestigious award acknowledges Engram’s exceptional dedication, outstanding performance, and unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of the dealers, customers, and communities that COPS serves.
The IAF recognizes outstanding individuals and organizations who demonstrate exceptional contributions, dedication, and innovation in electronic security, fire safety, automation, and life safety. This year, Engram has been recognized as the 2023 IAF Central Station Operator of the Year for his exceptional professionalism and expertise in managing emergency situations and alarm response.
Engram joined the COPS team in 2017 and has consistently demonstrated exemplary skills in handling urgent situations, ensuring fast and effective responses to a multitude of emergencies. According to Jim McMullen, the president of COPS Monitoring, “It’s because of people like Dorjan that COPS Monitoring is so well-known in the industry for the compassion and concern we show towards customers and their situations.
