COPS is an acronym for Central Office Processing Services and we have been a leader in fire alarm monitoring for over 35 years. We are UL Listed, FM Approved, and active NFPA members. The COPS name and our reputation for high standards are both well-respected by fire alarm dealers and AHJs throughout the nation. We understand the challenges and demands that fire dealers encounter on a daily basis. We support several alternative solutions to POTS (dial up) communications for both primary and secondary fire alarm communications (radio, GSM, cellular, IP monitoring). MPower
Tools designed to MPower fire alarm dealers... created by fire alarm dealers. GREEN Reporting
Like the tools on MPower, several of the reports have been developed as the result from input from alarm companies like yours. We call it green reporting because many of the reports can be displayed directly on your screen, downloaded in PDF or spreadsheet formats, and many of them can be sent via email to you or your customers, which completely eliminates the need to print. We can even send some event and signal notifications via text message. Not only are electronic reports good for the planet, they are also easier for you to manage. Also, because electronic reports are searchable, finding the information you need is a breeze!
