eNotify is COPS Monitoring's automatic electronic notification system that sends custom text
and/or email messages immediately upon receipt of any signal or condition that you define.
   
Default Messaging
  • eNotify recipients can be added to any account on the RP screen.
  • eNotify can be added to your template(s) or activated on an account's code/zone page.
  • By default, eNotify will send the date, time, receiver, account number, and signal information to a mobile device or email account.
Custom Text or Email Messages

  • Contact Data Entry to create or edit custom messages.
  • View your custom messages on MPower
  • Add an unlimited number of custom text or email messages to suit any signal, event, or condition.
  • Text messages can be up to 150 characters and generally used for quick notifications.
  • Email messages can be up to 1,500 characters and can be used for almost anything such as: general instructions, education on best use of system, contact numbers/links, company updates, product promotions, and more – the choice is yours!
